My husband and I went to CTW to purchase some grout. We were totally out of our league and spoke with Sophie Pouteau. She was so helpful patient and kind with us and helped us pick out the perfect color matches for our tile even though we did not purchase our tile there. Excellent customer service she was awesome!

Sophie of CTW was referred to us by our contractor to help us with our new master bath remodel. She was outstanding in guiding us through the tile selection and shower configuration process. We could not be happier with what we selected.
When our contractor discovered additional tile that was needed to complete our job after we unexpectedly changed to a curbless shower Sophie was able to get the extra tile for us the next day. We had a small, strange tiling project that we did not know how to solve. For some reason, the people who installed the shower before we moved in made the shower bench out of wood and left the underside exposed! Dana and Roberto were awesome at helping us find the easiest, most cost effective way to solve the problem. Even though it was a Saturday, and the place was busy, we were helped quickly and cheerfully. We were able to get all our supplies there, and our project has gone smoothly. We are hugely appreciative for the effort both employees went to to educate us and find us the best solution

I was very disappointed with my customer service experience. I first emailed for an appointment as advised on the website, but never received a response. I then went to the store, waited as I had no appointment, but was finally able to speak with a salesperson. The bathroom tile choices, prices and warehouse pickup were great. However when we got to installing the tile I was advised that I did not have any edge pieces. I was never told by the Salesperson that I should purchase edge (bullnose) pieces. Don, his family and their staff are the best! Superb selection of tiles and plumbing fixtures, knowledgeable and kind staff, and their showroom is a joy to peruse. They really care, and are doing a great job keeping customers safe amidst 2020 health challenges, with masks and gloves and limiting the number of customers in the space. Six stars?

The warehouse if full of materials to install tile and much more. They have a beautiful showroom and helpful staff in that area too. Impressive two story mosaic display. Remodeling a bath, then you want to get over here to have a look.

I went to CTW Designs yesterday to get some grout for our kitchen floor. They identified the exact color within mere moments.
Going to this place brought back great memories from a hard time. We had a fire and had to gut our house and start from scratch. I made many trips to CTW and they were always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Ann was particularly helpful and kind. I ended up getting tiles, sinks, and faucets there, and am still very happy with them several years later. Many of my shopping experiences during that time were quite difficult, but CTW Designs was always an oasis

We bought high end bathroom fixtures from CTW when we remodeled our master bathroom. They never worked properly. The manufacturer would take no responsibility. CTW took care of us and made it right. Don Belville, the owner, personally went out of his way to make sure that we were satisfied. I should add that the selection of products at the store is stunning.

Wasn't greeted right away but I actually liked being able to see what they had before I was greeted.
Once the sales women started helping me she was very helpful and knowledgeable.
She had great advice for my entire bathroom remodel.

We remodeled two bathrooms and found CTW very helpful and especially knowledgeable. Any of the staff will pick up from where another left off. We recently had to return something and the salesperson, Harry, went out of his way to assist us even though he hadn't worked with us before. He was extremely professional and went to bat for us in dealing with the manufacturer. We will use them again without question and would recommend them to anyone.

First of all most show rooms basically have the same stuff- if you are looking for the next step above ikea.
Showrooms are different from one another if their staff is knowledgable and can answer questions quickly and give you prices without typing into a computer for twenty minutes. We dealt with Harry who was one of the best show room sales people we have ever dealt with.
