Ordered 10 windows and everything is high quality & professional. We chose the triple paned, double hung windows and we were able to notice a difference right away. The energy bills went down and the city noises were reduced. The installers were very professional and clean. We would recommend Energy Masters.

I had six glass block windows installed in my basement by this company. The windows themselves are of reasonable quality, however, the installation is subpar.
First the window openings were incorrectly measured by the estimator. They then somehow had some smaller ones on hand that would “fit the openings”. This resulted in a excessive use of mortar to fill in around the openings and very ugly appearance on the inside of the house.
Finally they left quite the mess both inside and out. There was mortar dust ground into our carpets, chunks left on the inside sill, and mortar left smeared on

A new roof can't be much easier. Jim returned my call the same day to arrange for a COVID safe visit to estimate the job. We agreed on terms the day of the estimate. Jim provided his personal cell phone number for me to text questions and get status updates. As soon as the new shingles were available the Energy Masters team showed up, ripped off the old shingles, checked the plywood status, and installed the new roof; all in a single day! The new gutter job looks beautiful and has guards to keep them free of leaves.

In 2017, I contacted Jim for an estimate to re-shingle the roof of my garage. At the time the roof was in pretty bad shape. Jim was prompt, informative, and professional, answered all my questions, and performed the work on schedule and as promised.
I'm posting a review now, because for me, the most important part of a roofing job is not the initial work, but rather how well the work holds up over time. We contacted Energy Masters with an inquiry and got a quick response, had a meeting setup with Jim that same day. We met with Jim later in the afternoon with he and Kennedy. Jim explained our options, the products available, and benefits of each while Kennedy took measurements and assessed the existing roof. An estimate was written up after we had made some decisions and everything was set. We are very pleased with the suggestion of roof color and quality we ended up choosing, it really changed the curb appeal of our house dramatically
