True North did an incredible job on my entire house! After the Great Texas Freeze of 2021 my old galvanized pipe system failed along with my water heater... Will and his team over at True North saved my home by not only fixing my leaky pipes the day after the freeze, but with an eventual entire re-pipe of my entire house. They used the best quality PEX tubing and not that home depot trash.
It's well worth your time and money to contact True North for they are a fantastic local business in Katy Texas.

William did a fantastic job with my water softener. I was experiencing low water pressure on and off for about a week. I called True North and William was able to come out the next day. He immediately diagnosed that it was the water heater and showed me how to bypass the softener until he could install the new one. The installation was very professional and he did not leave until I was satisfied with the water pressure throughout the house. Great plus was that he could install a highly rated softener for about what others were charging just for the softener itself. Will definitely recommend William
