We were visiting my wife’s dad when I noticed a galvanized pipe on the water heater that was about to let go. Contacted Courtesy and the whole experience was flawless, from setting up the appointment through getting a call when the tech was on his way. Jerry was great and replaced the bad parts with brass so we’ll never have an issue again. Highly recommended.

We woke up to our water heater flooding our garage. This was the 3rd time in 4 years. We called Courtesy, and they scheduled us the next day!! They were on time, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, they answered all of our questions. We recommend this company! Anthony Vigil was our lead tech. I think Neil was the name of the other technician. There were 4 technicians that showed up in total, but I can't remember everyone's name, (sorry guys!). Thanks again!

They have fixed our refrigerated air twice over the past five years. We had two other companies attempt to fix the problem and gave very expensive quotes to change the compressor. Fortunately, Courtesy showed up and found an inexpensive component needed repair with the thermostat. Five years later, they repaired the AC but after a few days it stopped outputting cold air. again. They returned and admitted their mistake and fixed the problem for good. We couldn't be happier with their service and integrity. I only wish they could be cloned.

DO NOT use this company!!! I took off work to wait for an 830 to 930 appointment. Called at 945 to find out where they were. "Oh you're not on the schedule. I guess I made a mistake." No apology at ALL. She acted like it was somehow my mistake that she screwed up. Totally the most unprofessional person I've ever dealt with. There are lots of other companies out there. Maybe there's one that actually care about customers.

I'm not too sure about their service, but if it's anything like their drivers, they are anything but courteous. One of their drivers heading west on paseo del norte was driving absolutely insanely! Tailgating people and cutting people off, I thought he was going to rear end a few people. Licences plate number 417 NZR must have gotten his license at taco bell. He should not be allowed on the road period. Watch out for that guy

From start to finish, Courtesy Plumbing and Heating employees were respectful and equally professional during the removal and replacement of both our home's refrigerated air conditioner and heater; in addition, return air ducts were installed in several rooms making our overall home more comfortable and efficient. Not only was each unit installed with the highest quality of standards in mind, during installation the staff always went above and beyond to protect our home's flooring and walls. After the job was finished, our home was completely cleaned, and we have been enjoying our new units ever
