King County recommends systems are inspected/monitored by a licensed OSM to ensure proper working order and to keep our environment safe and clean. A side sewer is the pipe that carries waste water from your home or building to the public sewer system. If you own your home, you own the side sewer and are responsible for maintaining it.

I called with concerns about our septic alarm going off and needed some help quickly. Katrina answered the phone and took the time to take my address, she looked up what kind of system we had, and how I could "fix" the problem temporarily even though they were totally booked out. She referred me to some other local companies but I really appreciated how much time she took to help me despite knowing she had to send me somewhere else.

I needed an emergency repair to repair a failed line to my tank. Others wanted to look, bid and schedule. Those who have had this problem know how hard it is to live without using water. Stuth realized my dilemma, scheduled the appointment, and came out, did the work, and showed the fix before covering. They even checked the other tank points without being asked. Quality was excellent and price was fair. This is the company you want.

Best septic company around! We just went through a septic replacement with Stuth and they were the highlight of the whole process (which is arduous). I've worked with a lot of different septic companies through the years (having owned two different properties on septic) and now that I've found Stuth would never use anyone else. Excellent communication, promptness, organization and to top it off reasonable prices! They were so easy to work with and from start to finish it was as pleasant of a process as a septic install can be.

Just days before closing on my home that I was selling, another inspection company found an issue but said they couldn't address the issue for another 2-3 weeks. I was in a panic!
The realtor recommended Stuth Company. Katrina at Stuth was so understanding. She jumped on the phone with the guys out in the field and they were able to squeeze me in at the last minute. I know it meant long hours for everyone, but they had the needed report to me by 8 am on Monday. And then they apologized for the price!
They came through, fixed the issue, filed everything with the county and we were able

I can't say enough good things about Stuth. Katrina is so responsive and has wonderful customer service. In an emergency, they are ON IT. We are a church and today had a pipe issue and have a 300+ person funeral in a few hours. They are jumping right on this issue for us and very understanding. We've had nothing but great service with them.

I used Stuth for a septic pump-out in Feb. 2016. I had read the Yelp reviews, noticed someone had a complaint with their service, and Stuth management took time to responded to the complaint. That they bothered to state their side of the story carried significant weight in my selection, as it showed that were at least concerned with with their reputation. Other companies I reviewed in similar situations did not bother to do so.
In comparing prices, I received three quotes and all were within $40 of each other.

We were having a septic problem - tank was in alarm over the weekend. On Monday, I tried about eight different local firms. Most never called me back. The ones I talked to were booked out for days or weeks.
Stuth Company had a committed job so they really couldn't spend a lot of time on my issue, but they were kind enough to come out the same day to take a quick look. For this particular problem, it was a quick fix so they addressed it right on the spot.

Hired Stuth to do a Operations and Maintenance inspection on a home for sale. They were very proud of the 300 years of combined experience they brought to the business. An as built drawing from the county was provided to them and the O&M Report ordered. After several visits to the site they could not locate the tank. They got specific guidance and had a map! On one visit the Stuth man smirked "good luck" and drove away.
A friend dug up the tank in no time and Stuth did the the report. They charged $250 additional for not digging up the tank and held up the closing of the property
