I've used big name movers before and have been burned. This time I used Freedom Movers who were local and my experience was stress free and their quote was dead on. No upcharges or issues whatsoever! My wife and I had to downsize and Freedom Movers were very helpful so my wife and I didn't have to lift a finger.

What a great experience. Found these folks on Thumbtack and so happy. From first call with Christina, to the home visit by Randy I knew I found my movers. Very efficient and 100% honest! Have me immediate quote, which was the lowest I received, and explained exactly how they would handle my move. Randy was also able to help me confirm the side storage unit I would need.
On moving day Mario and Matt arrived exactly at arranged time and couldn't be nicer guys! Handled my stuff very carefully and took extra care with some important stuff. Very efficient and friendly.

Nearly one year later and STILL no artwork, nor anyone to fix the air conditioning drain line that one of the workers stepped on and broke.
I can't recommend a business that hasn't resolved an issue in nearly a YEAR! What kind of company is that irresponsible? And Randy, you're going to blame the customer for your crew breaking things and not have the professional courtesy to FIX it? There's always small claims court.

Another 5 star review for Randy and his team! I couldn't have hand picked a better team of movers that were professional, courteous and ON TIME. These guys moved every big and small piece out out of our house and loaded it up all while smiling and being friendly. It was as if Superman cloned himself and opened a moving company.

Moved on Memorial Day weekend and we are so thrilled with the service that Randy and his crew provided! Scheduling our move and getting a quote was super easy and convenient via phone and mostly email (my preferred method of communication). The quote was VERY reasonable and affordable, and worth EVERY penny! The crew showed up on time and were super friendly, polite, and professional. They took great care carrying and packing all of our furniture and boxes. These guys were so nice and professional on every level. It's a family business. They even offered to help us find a storage facility. Did I mention this was a last minute move? Our mom moved out of her old place into ours. We thought she had it all arranged, but at 78, things tend to be forgotten. We really appreciated everything they did. We will be calling them again to move her stuff from the storage facility once her place is ready.

Our recent move with Freedom Movers was probably the most pleasant moving experience I've ever had. From start to finish, the owners Randy and Christina were responsive and helpful. In addition to being skilled packers and movers, they are just genuinely nice people and definitely went above and beyond, helping us repair a piece of furniture our last movers damaged (unbeknownst to us!) and more. Randy and his team did an excellent job with my recent move! They arrived early and worked quickly while still paying extra attention to the fragile boxes. I had to add a second stop for a few things at a different location at the last minute and this was handled with a "no problem at all" attitude, as well as no additional charge. I have A LOT of breakable items and not a single thing was damaged. Very genuine people and fair pricing. Cheaper than 5 other companies I received quotes from. I hired Freedom Movers for a move in late 2017. They arrived hours late to both of my moves. They did almost $2000 worth of damage to my belongings and refused to take responsibility, breaking dishes and glassware, destroying heavy duty storage containers, and damaging wooden furniture. We hired Freedom Movers to move us from Philadelphia to Westchester NY. This was a two part move- from Philly into storage and then from storage to Westchester. They arrived hours late to the Philadelphia move. We had informed them that we had to catch a flight that night and needed to leave by a certain time. Due to the tardiness they were not able to complete the job in time. We could not miss our flight so had to leave them there to finish the job. I moved this past weekend and at the last minute decided to see if I could hire movers. I found Freedom Movers on YELP and I am so happy I did. Freedom Movers was EXCELLENT. Christine was so helpful with the scheduling and the team was amazing. They were so professional, so knowledgeable and all around really great to work with.
They are really reasonably priced as well which is a huge bonus. I will be using Freedom Movers for any move I make in the future!

Randy and his partner did a wonderful job moving our belongings from Philadelphia to a storage facility in NJ. Moving can be quite stressful, but working with these guys relieved any stress associated with the move. They wrapped our items and carefully packed them in the truck, so they wouldn't be damaged.
