Refusal to wear masks.
When the men showed up to move our house, nobody was wearing a mask. I kindly asked one of them to ask them to put on their masks, he complained but said they would. After about five minutes of the workers putting wear their masks, I was approached by a kid who working for them who told me, "I'm not wearing a mask." I asked why and he said his job was too hard to wear a mask. Then the rest of the workers, except one of the four, take off their masks. I asked these men to wear a mask because of immunocompromised people in my family, if you were wondering.

I would recommend Riley & Sons Movers to anyone considering a long distance move. They were very responsive to my questions and concerns. Bill (from the office) did everything he could to get our stuff to us as soon as possible. The other Bill was at our condo as promised and the delivery went without a hitch.

Bill K and all of the guys were wonderful!!! I wish I could name them all. Javier and Bill did our delivery and they were efficient and organized. I can't say enough good things about our experience!!! During the loading process you could tell all of them were detailed and organized with taking everything out. We moved from Philadelphia to North Carolina and everything with Riley & Sons was perfect!!

My husband and I used Riley & Sons to move out of Philly and into the suburbs. The company sent 3 movers out with a good size truck. The men came on time and were very efficient with moving all of our stuff out of the house and into our new place. The men were respectful, kind, and courteous - keeping us up to date and ensuring everything was moved out and put into place in the new house. I'd highly recommend these movers - they handled of our items with care!

The BEST MOVE EVER! We moved last week. The owner Kevin came out to estimate our move while walking through our home. This man was so friendly and helpful in explaining the particulars of prepping for our move to make the job efficient and trouble free. (It's no wonder his crew was so polite and respectful of us and our property. Not even a bump on the walls after they left.)
