This company is a scam. We hired them, put a deposit down, called a week prior to the move to confirm, as well as the day before- we were told that we were all set. The morning of the move (the day before our closing) they never showed up! They didn't answer their phones. They took our deposit money and were unreachable. I had to cancel my credit card bc they had the number and dispute the charge on my card.
After we left multiple voicemails, they finally called my husband and offered to refund the deposit and cut us a check for $400 to cover the cost of the uhaul

Alex and Yuldash (movers) were WONDERFUL! The company and movers called to check-in prior to move-out which I appreciate. They helped me to navigate complicated logistics moving out of my Center City apartment. They only had 24 feet truck, whereas my studio only requires a truck or so, but they got the job done. The payment options were excellent. They were very patient and friendly. I would hire again. I hesitated when I saw the reviews here but I am glad I went with my guts.

One word: RELIABLE.
I have used GoPro for two full moves and have used them to move some heavy furniture when I can't do it myself.
GoPro shows up on time and gets the job done quickly. Staff is friendly and professional. Movers genuinely care about your precious cargo and put in the time/effort to make sure it all gets to your new place without damage.

A month ago, I was sitting right were you are now. I, too, was researching movers. GoPro came to me recommended by a friend. I'd heard the horror stories about moving companies (lost items, broken china, etc.) I wanted someone I could trust, but was still skeptical.

Moving is stressful! One cannot foresee weather, traffic and all those nasty inconveniences that you just can't plan. Please read the entire review.

Although Go Pro ran late to move the first load from Morgan Hill to Fremont, they kept me notified on what was going on. It did put a damper on my evening however, they showed up and finished the job even during rush hour traffic.

I gave her the rundown of my situation.... basically I am in need of moving svcs in the next day or two and need to book something asap. I don't normally write reviews but I have to let people know my experience with Go-Pro Moving. My family moved twice this year, and Go-Pro moving has been our go-to spot for moving both times. The first time they helped us move, the two gentlemen were very professional and terrific at making sure everything was safe and secure. They came on-time, delivered on time and even went the extra mile by helping us throw away some things. It was time for us to move again, and we called Deanna for another quote. In inquiring about my move, which will be happening very fast (2 weeks), I had to call them twice before I talked to someone over a 3 day period.
Then they set up a walk through, which the estimator was an hour late for. I then got a call that afternoon saying she would be there tomorrow. I quickly corrected the girl on the phone that she had already been there, to which she responded "oh I'm in training. She will send the estimate tomorrow." This was last Friday. It's Tuesday. No Quote. No Call.
I called yesterday and got the answering service AGAIN and left another message

I just moved last week from San Mateo to Campbell. and this was my third time using GoPro. The first time I used the service, I was blown away at how nice and quick they were...very impressed. The second time, my movers were very slow and not very personable...mediocre experience at best. This 3rd time was a pretty awful experience.

I had done in depth research on finding the right movers for our job. I work at a museum and we where moving very heavy awkward display cases and fragile plexiglass tops. After talking with over 10 different moving companies, I decided on GoPro because of their high rating on Yelp and because they assured me that their guys could get the job done.

I have not used a mover in the past. Always that college method of asking friends to help. Welcome to adulthood, can't bother or bribe your family no more. I would n't suggest the alternative of hiring someone off of craigslist if you want to see you stuff again or even in one piece. This is what led me to GoPro.

These guys are great. Courteous, professional, well spoken. I can't say enough. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
I'm a single woman with a lot of furniture. They disassembled and reassembled all of my beds. They moved everything with the utmost care.

GoPro helped us with our move from Cupertino to Campbell this past weekend. GoPro was probably one of the most professional moving servcies we have used. We have moved domestically within the US and Canada as well as internationally.
1. Due to the numerous delays with the closing on our home, we ended with postponing our move 3 times. GoPro was accommodating and tried to fit our schedule every time - even with a move on Boxing Day at one time.

HORRIBLE experience. More broken items than I care to list. Careless. And no response from management after THEY solicited feedback.
The theme of the move was 'Careless and let's rush'. Running up and down the ramp, boxes getting dropped because they were stacked three high and crashed off the hand truck, off the ramp. The ramp getting dropped on the steps up to the flat and damaging the steps - which I then had to address with the landlady. Boxes clearly marked 'fragile' getting stacked on the bottom of a large pile in the living room. Boxes stacked side by side so

My grandma needed to move after 46 years, had no experience with moving companies, and asked me to select a moving company for her. Based upon Yelp reviews we selected GoPro. On behalf of my entire family, I would like to say we could not receive better service. The movers were very polite and professional, as well as being on time and efficient. The estimate they gave me was 60 % higher than the final cost, which was a pleasant surprise!

Based on many favorable reviews I have read on Yelp, I chose to use GoPro for my recent move. I have actually never paid to be moved, but considering I was on the 3rd floor and had dealt with the initial move in 3 years prior, I was not too eager to go up and down those stairs again.
