I got emergency situations. Two other movers canceld and didn't show up on time. So had to call bunch of movers on Sunday which is normally don't open office.
Cool movers picked up call and said yes. I was so nervous while waiting them. But they actually showed up even before on time.
Three movers came and did really good job. They wrapped up dressers and couch with blankets. And no damages on all furnitures. They didn't break up while driving to new place(it's what happend previous moving, showed up after an hour for 20 mins distance).
I'm so glad I could move despite

Cool moving did a fantastic job moving us into our home. They were timely, communicative, and protected our items well throughout the move to the suburbs. The team worked so hard moving our really heavy couch which did not fit through the front door, out through our terrace and over the railing. They went above and beyond to keep the leather from getting damaged and into our home safely. We cannot thank you enough!

Sadly, enough I did not get the names of the two movers. I believe the one man was Alex.
I am on oxygen and recently hurt my back, so I'm sure my packing was not the best. The two gentlemen wouldn't let me do a thing.
They were on time, professional, careful and I was charged what I was told I would be.
I will be recommending Cool Moving to everyone who needs a mover.

They did show up 4 hours early, also did give a text about 1/2 hour before they showed up so I could get the neighbors to move their cars at 8 on a Saturday, thank you for that. After that, they were awesome. They took very good care of my furniture and were very efficient. A move I was expecting was going to take all day was finished before noon , which was the original start time. The drop of residence is on a very narrow South Philly Street. They could only get the truck just a car length into the street. They carried all the furniture a good distance down the block and fit everything in the

We found Cool Moving when we were kind of in a bind trying to find movers, I couldn't be more happy with their service. Cool Movers showed up on time and gave us a 20 minute warning so we could get parking spaces ready. They were efficient, nothing was broken, and very nice/polite. We live in South Philly, so we had a few challenges getting furniture up the stairs, Cool Movers were professional and found inventive solutions around our stair problem.

Scheduling the move was painless and they were able to accommodate my move with late notice. The hourly rate was competitive. But that's where the positive experience ended.
Moving a studio apartment less than 1 mile took more than five hours. I sent the movers home without reassembling my furniture because they had already hit the 5 hour mark. And they made sure to tell me they charged for a full hour even if they only spent 10 extra minutes.
The movers were polite enough but clearly not professionals. They seemed to lack the necessary equipment and did not know how to use my buildings

Adam and Yuri were phenomenal! Everything was wrapped and handled with care. All of my furniture was resembled perfectly with no damages. Not to mention, they maneuvered my couch into my new apartment in an incredible tight stairwell- again no damages! They were professional and even had a positive spirit despite the countless stairs. Not to mention, they charge a fair price with no hidden costs. I am so impressed I'm glad I opted for Cool Moving over my last movers.

Cool Moving checks all the boxes of things one wants in a moving company: highly responsive to messages, very competitive pricing, punctuality, efficiency, care with fragile items. I especially appreciated their all-inclusive cost: no extras for steps (I had 3 floors worth), etc. These guys had it down to a science: their speed and efficiency was very impressive. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them 100%.

I'm so glad I took a chance and scheduled a move date with them. They showed up a little late which is understandable since they were coming from another move.
I was impressed with the care they handled my stuff wrapping my furniture with shrink wrap and furniture pads.
The two men who showed up were super professionally and got the job done with care and efficiently. I really appreciated how they went out of their way not to scuff my floors and walls

We booked them a few days before our moving day. After setting up a time on yelp, we placed a $50 deposit online to reserve the time. It was really easy, as it was all online, and we got email receipts after the transaction. At the end, when it was time to pay, you're credited for the $50 deposit.

Alex and his team were very polite and easy to work with. Showed up on time and got to work...worked very fast! I was a bit skeptical at first but I'm glad I picked these guys. Price was also very competitive for the quality of work. They diligently packed fragile furniture, kitchen glasses, and our TVs with zero issues.
