Services
Broad Street Movers charges by the hour with a 2 hour minimum on all jobs with the following exceptions. The last few and first few days of each month as well as weekend days are subject to a 3 hour minimum. After the hourly minimum, we then prorate by the quarter hour. We accept payment in either cash or credit card.
In some cases we can bring your furniture through a window or balcony. Hoisting is done at the discretion of your moving crew. If they feel that a particular situation is unsafe or will lead to damaging your items, they will refuse to hoist. We usually have to disassemble items like beds, tables, and desks to get them out of your current apartment or home.

We used Broad Street Movers for a packing and moving services for my mom. I would not recommend them. Regarding the packing, it was poorly done. Boxes were not labeled, items were boxed together that shouldn't be (i.e cleaning products/bleach with food), items be placed in dirty trash cans, several items were broken during them move ,etc. What's more, because the boxes were not labeled and things were haphazardly put together, unpacking has been difficult. The movers themselves worked extremely slowly to try to have the move take the full day, so we ended up paying significantly over the original

Broad St Movers was a great moving company. The team that came was very nice, friendly, and professional. Took care wrapping all of our furniture, etc. They helped disassemble a cabinet we were having trouble with to get it out of the house. Definitely recommend!!!

Our team of movers arrived on time, were courteous, and hustled. We were moved out and in in record time. We will use BSM again and recommend them to all of our family and friends!

Broad Street Movers were a pleasure to work with. They helped me move my entire house into their storage facility when my closing fell through at the last minute. When my new home was finally ready they delivered all of my goods. Everything was placed where I wanted and everything was in the same condition as before. Totally uneventful and smooth move! Nothing broken and the guys were pretty quick. Their estimate was also spot on! They also did a good job taking apart and putting furniture together, and in some cases they were a good judge of space and knew that some pieces wouldn’t need to be taken apart. Overall good, would recommend.

I've moved twice with Broad Street and they're always fantastic. Moving can be stressful but the staff of Broad Street is so professional they make it a breeze. I have some crazy heavy stuff and they got it done with zero issues. It also started to hail and pour rain halfway into the unload and our three movers remained cheerful. They were on time and finished HOURS sooner than I had expected.
