We’ve been using Pro Pest for 15 years. The service works to eliminate brown recluses... which were a huge problem when we bought the place. The guys who do the actual work are professional, courteous, and spray everywhere we request inside and out.
They would get 5 stars but the customer service is very unresponsive.
I want more notice of when they are coming than the day before they show up... AFTER business hours. The first few years, they called and set up a time. But now it’s all automated. That’s the only text they send... ever... even after years of asking for more.

The technician showed up on time, explained what he would do, treated inside and outside my home, and explained what all he'd treated when he was through. He was very nice and easy to work with, was respectful, and seemed like a friend rather than a technician just here to treat my property.

Pro Pest is great. Great on communication, they call and offer specials but aren't pushy to sell them. They do quarterly treatments and will come out on service calls in between if I see anything for no addtl cost. They are on time as scheduled each time. I use their lawn care as well, Pro Turf, and they are just as good. Very competitive pricing too.

Riley sprayed today for spiders and silverfish. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions. He called beforehand to let me know he was on his way and he is such a gentleman and made some good suggestions about the extermination. I have been using them for over 5 years and they do good work!
