We've used Milberger Pest for our quarterly maintenance spray for several years now. They are always quick, knowledgeable, and friendly. They always ask if we are having any issues so they know if they need to address something in particular in the spray. We've never had any issues with bugs since using them! Highly recommend.

Did business twice with the KCMO division. The first time we were satisfied. The 2nd time we had an inspection done their inspector worded it in a bad way on the inpection sheet making it look like treatment is necesary, and that repairs to the house are necesary, which is not helpful when doing a refinance of a house. Not sure why we even bothered with Milberger. Very displeased!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
