I currently use someone else for pest control and was recommended to Cole Termite and Pest due to me having termites. I called and they were able to get someone out the next day. The person was 15 min late which wasn’t a huge deal but there was not a call or anything. Then he leaves and says that they will reach out to schedule to come back and treat my house. It’s been a whole entire week later and they still haven’t called. Clearly they don’t need the business right now so I will go elsewhere to someone who will follow through on what they say they are going to do.

We saw something that looked like termite damage and had Travis come take a look. It turned out it is not termite, just some beetles that were non-reinfesting. Travis is very polite and knowledgeable. He gave us good recommendations about how to prevent termite damage all for free! Nothing charged for his visit today! We have some rental properties and we will sure hire his company for any pest control. Thank you Travis!

I had an excellent experience and service. Technician was nice and he was a good listener, thoughtful and respectful as he moved about the house. I especially appreciate that this company treats effectively and completely without overdoing it on the chemicals as they carefully tailor each job, in my experience. They're the Best! I called to make an appointment for an inspection on Monday, and they were able to get me on their schedule for the next day.
Travis arrived on time, listened to our concerns, answered our questions, and completed a thorough visual inspection of the perimeter of the house and in the garage. He explained what he was looking for so we can occasionally inspect the house ourselves and pointed out which areas were more susceptible to future issues. He also explained the habits of termites and ants and what would be concerning enough to schedule for treatment.
We were very impressed by the service
