Mike is seriously the best! He was very friendly and helpful, and did an amazing job taking care of our termite infestation. He also fixed my garage door sensors and broke down an old, broken bookshelf sitting in my garage and put it in my car for me! Now THAT’S amazing customer service! Mike and his son were extremely professional, experienced, and real! Mike shared his knowledge about fleas and educated me on how to test if we have fleas in the future. Mike is the epitome of customer service. No “corporate” bs. He was friendly and honest and I haven’t met a business owner quite like him. We originally contacted All Pest in 2014, when I thought we had termites. Turns out they were Acrobat Ants, and Mike came out and treated the house, and also did a general spray. He comes back every year for a general spray and we have zero bug issues. We have always had stellar service from All Pest, and Mike and his staff are always friendly and ready to help. They have competitive pricing plus we always like to use local businesses over a chain whenever possible.

I have a rental house in Independence, Missouri and hired All Pest to retreat because the last companies phone decided to quit. Well, I paid the 800.00 to have treatment done with annual re-inspections at 10% of initial price. So the annual re-inspect time comes up and Mikes phone, email and texting services all decide to quit! I tried from April 2016 till Sept 2016 to connect with the company and not even once did he respond. I assume the first treatment was done and he was very proactive with me then, but ever since has been a complete waste of time for me. DON'T use them as they will drop

This company completed a Bed Bug treatment on my home. It did take a little longer then 30 days to see them all gone, but this company's treatment worked!!! This company came out was friendly and wanted to do an honest and good job on the pest treatment. (You can easily be screwed when dealing with unwanted pests). One treatment was all it took! I would hire this company again for any other pest services needed.

Having this company remove the fleas from my house was a great experience. The technician was helpful and informative and also super funny. I never thought that getting rid of fleas would be this easy and fast. They came right away and so far, so good on dead fleas! Plus, they have a 100% guarantee and will come back to treat the house as many times as it takes!
