My wife and I have been searching for a hot tub for about a year. When we visited New Braunfels Pool and Spa, we found what we were looking for thanks to Amanda, the owner. She asked for details about what we wanted in a hot tub and picked out the perfect tub at the right price. We have had our Cove hot tub for a few weeks and love it so much. It does everything Amanda promised. They even sent a nice gift basket of goodies with the delivery. We will buy all our pool chemicals from them from now on. Great company to support.

NB Pools is the only company we will use for our spa needs! From fixing an existing to buying a new spa they are the right way to go! They are the absolute best! By far the most superior customer service and relations a client could hope for! They are experts in their field and they are always happy to share their knowledge and expertise.
