Pooltastic customer service is at the GOLD STANDARD of service. The showed up at the time stated. Explained what was to be done, gave a good estimate (the actual cost was a little less), completed repairs accurately and kept telling me to call if I have any questions or concerns. Only reason I didn’t comment on value was because my pool builder handled the cost.
