I was having horrible luck with pool services - the one I used sold his company and that company turned my pool clean, so got a new company, he cleaned my DE filter and broke 3 grids but couldn't understand why DE was always in my pool (DUH) anyway I asked for recommendations on the Neighborhood app - these guys came out, explained everything and now my pool is so clean and sparkly I have to wear sunglasses when I look out the window!!!

We hired this company because of Home Advisor. But after weeks of treating our pool they left it dirty and with algae. It looked like they didn't really do anything at all for weeks after the initial improvement of green to clear water. There was still live algae on the walls. Sand and dirt on the floors. Felt like a rip off since we paid hundreds of dollars just for them to put a few chemicals in our pool.

Amazing customer service. We do landscaping and had a huge mishap when installing a palm tree. A pipe by pool broke and we didn't have knowledge on how to get water to stop filling up the whole bed. David came to the rescue. We are so grateful and we highly recommend this company. We work with many client's who have pool service and we have had many good experiences with them but this one is above and beyond expectations. 5 stars plus!!!!!!!
