I had Brian and his company visit my pool weekly since 2012. Brian personally responded to my online inquiry for pool cleaning within 20 minutes. Years later his business expanded into Texas Sun Pool Services. Their service was always of the highest professionalism and unmatchable prices. They always made attempts to repair items before suggesting replacement -- having technicians skilled enough to do this will save you tons over time. When replacement was necessary though, they were always able to replace items at wholesale prices. Even during holiday/after-hours, urgent issues were responded

Total rebuild. Totally awesome. I worked for a competitor of Texas Sun for over 5 years as a pool technician so I do my own chemical treatment and maintenance, but there was a known issue at the house my wife and I bought 2 years ago which was that the pool was unlevel. (4-5 inch difference from far end of pool to the end nearest to my home) I called several other companies, structural engineers, Geotechnical companies to figure out if any solution existed besides rebuilding, but they all arrived at the conclusion that the only way to be sure it would be level again would be to demolish the decking

So I called these guys a ton of times. The receptionist is super nice and books someone to call or set an appt. then it never happens, EVER. I asked for the boss Frank and no call back. I say the receptionist is nice but obviously doesn’t do her job by keeping track of customers and doing follow ups it doesn’t give messages. Terrible service. I did call FLASH POOL SERVICES and got my heater installed correctly. Way to lose out on money and get another terrible review.

Just got off the phone with this place.... They came out a few months ago and did a good job replacing a bad part on my pool pump. After they left I noticed that my pool pump wasn't programmed anymore. I run a company and am in the field constantly so haven't had time to get back to it and have been operating it manually. Anyway, I called this place back.... They want to charge me $90 to $100 to come back to do what they did not do the first time. And, to add insult to injury- whoever I talked to on the phone (a lady) told me "you are insinuating that my tech is a liar." WOW! I did no such thing
