Don't use them guy told me it was one issue they looked at it said a fluid change might fix my transmission issue but no guarantee then charge me 75 dollar diagnostic for what i was told would be a warranty issue just a fast easy way for them to make 75 dollars i have 59k on my explorer and they said the fluid is really dark im getting hard shifts and 600 rpm jumps down the highway and my powertrain warranty expires at 60k just watch out have not had another ford dealer do something like this before i have contacted corporate i mean how can you tell it might fix it but they are not sure and they

I drive a Nissan Altima. I simply just want to get a oil change and get the tires rotated. I usually always get everything done at the Nissan dealership in Springfield, but just for an oil change and a tire rotation? Grant Ford is absolutely fantastic. What makes it fantastic is that you can simply bring in your own oil and you're just charged for the labor which is $11.80 plus tax. I also get my tires rotated for free (I had purchased a road Force tire balance a few months ago which gives you lifetime tire rotation). Now that's saving money and that's what it's all about. Simple and easy.
