Good experience from initial contact thru installation. Advised during sales process of delay, due to COVID of mid December, actual install ended up being 12/14/21 as estimated. Installer who was the same person that completed the final measurements told us what to expect and was accurate in all details.

Windows look good, clean up completed and installers very courteous. Prices were affordable. Thanks again PAC

Home Windows PAC just completed our install and we couldn't be happier. After comparing them to other companies, it was a no brainer as they were the most affordable and quickest to install.

It took about 4 weeks for windows to come in and one day to install. The installers were professional and hardworking! They made sure everything was clean.

Also, the owner personally came to inspect windows which was a nice personal touch that I don't think you would get with a large corporation.

We had a great experience with HMR by PAC. He was really responsive and gave us the best price and the crew was great. We have a disproportionate amount of windows for our size house and many odd shaped.We love our new windows! Three houses in a row have now used them on our street.

The install team did a great job. They were prompt, professional and did an excellent job. Since the screen was still on back order, they are coming back to finish the install. Overall, the team made this a very easy process and excellent experience. I have already recommended them to the neighbors in my building who also want to replace their picture windows.

I had a great experience working with Home Window Replacement, they gave me an estimate were friendly and helpful when it came to the price it was what i was originally quoted they didn't try to up sell me or pressure me into getting other products I didn't need. I called them three days after they were out to place the order and had my windows installed two weeks later, and they look even better than I imagined! I highly recommend them because nowadays it's really hard to find something reliable and trustworthy :)

I'm really glad that we came across this service. We decided to replace our cracked window and afre the consultation, we decided to replace our door with a sliding one, as we always wanted. The team was incrediable! Everything went smoothly and without any difficulties. All the issues were resolved quickly. We are very happy with the result, so professional! Mike and his team at Window PAC is a company that I would absolutely recommend to anyone when it comes to either fixing or replacing windows. They are professional, punctual, and very organized. We contacted Mike and his team about replacing a sizable picture window that seemed to be a tall task. Not for them. Mike was confident that it would be no problem, and he absolutely delivered. They are very well prepared. We can’t thank them enough!

Contacted Michael based on all the great reviews. Michael was responsive and helpful via text and phone calls. He came out and measured the windows to repair. He was prompt and professional.

I was to receive a quote to approve for them to order the glass and schedule repairs.

I can no longer get a hold of Michael. It was a week ago he measured the windows. Now I need to go back to finding another provider because I have no idea where we stand.

This is by far the best company I've worked with! I had a 50" by 50" picture window that was foggy for over 2 years. Their pros came out and measured the old window and my new glass was installed with in a few days! They were super friendly and wore masks the entire time they were in my home. I felt very safe! They were also very clean and quick! My window was replaced within 20 minutes and they cleaned everything up like they were not even here.

Window PAC came out to house to look at many windows in an old house that had no issues and looked fine from the inside and outside but were foggy and were difficult too open. A Rep came to house rushed in and just told me that they couldn't repair windows because they were rotting on the outside. I called this company because they said they could repair windows. Spent about 2 minutes with me and just said they couldn't do the work. Recommended that APEX could do the work but APEX gets mediocre reviews. If you're looking for window repair services not sure this would be the first

After having a horrible experience with a large window company, we were nervous to start the process again to fix several windows with broken seals. Michal was helpful, knowledgable and left us feeling confident that he could repair our windows for a fraction of the cost of replacing windows, which the previous window company told us was our only option. A pane of glass broke in our back door. After getting some really high quotes, I got a fair price from Window PAC. They communicated well and did a great job. Now that pane looks better than the original ones! Great job.

I have used them for window repairs and replacements. They are capable and knowledgeable from the smallest repairs to complete home window replacements. Michael and his team at Window PAC did a phenomenal job in restoring my 20 year old sliding doors that were no longer on the frame, the door frame itself needed repair, and was leaking massive amounts of cold air. He was able to completely repair the two 6ftx8ft sliding doors in the front and back of my apartment to original quality. Complete restoration also comes with a 5 year warranty by him!

I had contacted Window PAC over the summer and was surprised to get a call back quickly (late on a Friday) to take some information and Michael let me know he would respond Monday. Monday afternoon I received my quote. It seemed low. When I was ready to move forward with the work, the crew came out to do measurements and explained the quote and work. We decided to move forward. They were extremely accommodating and did almost all of my windows, in December. No complaints about working in the cold or the short amount of daylight. They were professional and personable. Had an incredible experience with Mike. I reached out through the website and he responded the next day. Asked me take a picture of the window and explain what was wrong. Came a few days later and in about 10 minutes fixed it and showed me how if it happens again how to do it. Because he was already in the neighborhood to do another job he did t charge me! He Was very professional and I could tell he knew what he was doing. I would recommend him for sure!

I would HIGHLY recommend Window PAC and the owner, Michael.
I had ten windows that were fogged up and Michael replaced those for me with thermal insulated glass panes with Low E coating and Argon gas. Much cheaper and more efficient than replacing complete windows.

I had gotten three estimates and after reviewing them all, Michael just blew away the competition. Prices were pretty similar but when I looked at the products they offered, Window PAC's were way beyond what the others offered, with a 25 year transferrable warranty.

Had a terrible experience with Michael Gandy and Windows PAC. The work took forever and the quality of the work was very low. Michael was very difficult to communicate with and very unprofessional. After the work was done we discovered that it did not last very long and he refused to honor the warranty. I would strongly advise against working with windows PAC or Michael Gandy.
