**Buyer Beware** Kris Macri and his team at Backyard Innovations built a swimming pool at my house in Richmond, Texas. The project started in late 2020 and completed memorial day weekend. I never had any issues contacting Kris during the building process. Once the pool was completed, we noticed that the pool deck was cracking and there was a large discrepancy in the plaster color/shading (within 1 day of pouring plaster). We notified Kris and he said he would take care of it in the "off" season when we weren't using the pool as often to swim. He told me he would drain the pool, acid wash the plaster
