Hiring an expert trained weekly pool service company to maintain your pool helps protect a significant investment in your home! Making sure the water chemistry stays balanced and keeping the pool equipment working properly ensures the longevity of your pool investment. Our swimming pool inspection report is ideal for real estate agents or home owners that want a status overview of where things currently stand with their pool.
First, we lower the water about 6-8 inches below the tile. Then, we clean the tile using environmentally-safe media which are sprayed on the tile at a low air pressure. The calcium buildup is removed, leaving the tile surface clear of calcium again without damage. Our process has a built-in recovery system, so as we are cleaning the tile, the media and calcium are vacuumed up as we go.

We recently purchased our home and had Jeff come out to inspect everything. Turned out the previous owner had the chemicals so out of balance that we had to drain, clean, and refill the pool. Jeff is really booked up (always a good sign) but squeezed us in so we could use our pool the weekend we moved in, and it was ready to go for our daughter's 13th birthday pool party the next weekend. Installed a new filter, replaced a cracked housing, and installed 2 LED lights in the pool (lights are pricey but awesome at night!). Quality Clear Pools........ What can I say, but I wish I found them QCP team sooner. Wife and I were new pool owners the summer of 2018. Hired a one man pool service that was a nightmare to say the least, unfortunately that guy is still doing business in the area. Then I found QCP family who have had for a year without any issues and a sparkling pool. Instead of repeating the good things what others have posted about Jeffery. We are extremely happy with Quality Clear Pools. The owner Jeff is quick to respond to questions when I text him, which was very important to us. He already gave us a great idea for helping our salt chlorinator double its life. He made all the arrangements at a local pool company to service and replace parts on our Polaris Pool cleaner. He checked the warranty and was able to have everything covered. Our pool weekly maintenance man, Keifer, is always here at the same time and checks everything and answers any questions. Had the pleasure of working with QCP a couple of weeks ago. My pump went out and unfortunately it turned out the only smart option was to really upgrade my entire system (90%). I reached out to QCP and owner Jeff after reviewing the comments here. My experience could not have gone better. Jeff quickly returned my call, educated me on the issues with my current equipment, did not over sell me on any unnecessary equipment and even offered a cheaper solution which would have worked but likely not the right decision long term. I am late on posting a review for Jeffery and his company, but better late than never!
Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, my significant other and I had to do some cut backs on our finances and had left a pool company that we were using for years. We started doing our own chemicals, cleaning, and services and we had a lot to learn.
My husband had the mishap of inserting our filter cartridges incorrectly in our Hayward (we found this out later), making the PSI jump from 12 to 20. We were in a panic trying to get someone out at last minute to take a look. We hired Mark with Above and Beyond Pool

We have been using Jeffery and his team for seven years not and we could not be happier. Service is great. Jeffery always finds a way to do the best job for the least amount of money. For example, I wanted to get a new pool sweep and he talked me out of it as in, "Save your money. You don't need one." Jeff came out to clean our pool tile and did a superior job. Very friendly, responsive and reasonable. He shared with us what products to use to prevent tile stains in the future. The pool looks brand new. He has also come out to diagnose problems with our pool equipment and has shared his honest and measured opinions on how to get things working optimally. Highly recommend.

Cant say enough about Quality Clear Pools! Jeffery and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable. I called him on a Sunday and he came out first thing Monday morning and within three days had my pool up and running again (installed a new system, reasonably priced). I was so impressed I had him come back and do my tile. My pool has never looked so good since we have owned the house. Nothing but good things to say. We were so happy with everything we signed up for weekly service :)

My pool was in need of some desperate help, pump stopped working and Jeffery came out same day and within two days he had my pool up and running! He was so friendly, knowledgeable and was willing to fit me in considering my emergency situation. He also came back to clean up my tile and did an amazing job! After all the hoops he jumped through for me I signed up for the weekly service and our pool has never looked so good! Jeffery and his crew are the best!!

I can't say enough about Jeffery L Johnston and his team @ Quality Clear Pools. He came to our rescue after our previous service provider didn't meet expectations. Jeffery showed up on Friday for a consult. But I immediately trusted his word, and he started addressing our issue that day. By Saturday night it looked like new and he came back today to finish and get it up and running.

We have been using Quality Clear Pools since we moved to Lincoln. Jeff has modernized our spa, where we now control it with our iPhones, he has replaced old fixtures, brought our heater and filter up to code, and helped treat our water after an extensive remodel. He is responsive to texts and quickly addresses any concerns. His crew is professional, on time and always leave our large spa sparkling and ready for use. After a frustrating experience with a pool contractor that did not ever show up when they said they would I found quality clear pools. They were professional, on time, and did a great job. We had some very dirty tile with a thick calcium line. They cleaned that and it looks awesome. They also installed a new pump, mother board, and various other repairs. I can not say enough good things about this company. They are responsible, timely and actually care about their customers.

We just bought a house with an aging DE pool system and leaking return line. We called Jeffrey at QCP to schedule an inspection to see what would be needed to get our system up to speed. He was here within 24 hours - and did an amazing job at educating us and explaining our options -all without charging an inspection fee! He made several recommendations based on our current system and gave a great referral to find and fix the leaking return line. We were in a real jam with a very broken swimming pool. Jeff of Quality Clear Pools responded to our request immediately. He spent a lot of time talking to us and gave us a very fair quote. Jeff showed up and did exactly what he said he'd do and he always arrived right when he said to expect him. He wrote us a detailed quote and helped us save money everywhere he could. Had Jeffery redo my pool equipment, including revamping the piping (i.e. where the filter and pump were located), in line chlorine, as well as adding a nice control unit.
