I've always been impressed with Norman's Floorcoverings selection, price, and quality of products available for tile, hardwood, carpet, cabinets, and countertops. Also, they have an eye for design and have helped me layout floor plans and materials to optimize space and appearance of kitchens and bathrooms. Put all this together with excellent customer service and this is why I keep going back to Norman's and pass on the big box retailers like Home Depot and Lowe's.

I have dealt with Norman's for many years, always found them to be professional and fair. My last project was to install new tile and carpet prior to sale of my home. They recommended the perfect carpet to balance cost and quality. I knew the tile I wanted and they originally bid to replace the underlayment as well. Turns out that was not necessary. They removed the charge without me asking. When the contractors were here, the owner came by to check on the work and make sure it looked good. Class act.

Normans installed our new home's carpet five years ago. When I recently noticed issues with one of the rooms and contacted Matt, he jumped right on it: visited our home, processed the warranty and got the replacement carpet ordered. On the scheduled installation date, a team of one showed up and was absolutely amazing. He moved the furniture, removed the old carpet, installed the new and left everything neat as a pin. From start to finish, Norman's has exceeded expectations and I could not recommend them any more highly!

We used Normans Floorcovering to replace every single floor in our house. They helped us pick the carpet style, the linoleum colors and suggested adding Karndean in the high-traffic areas on the first floor of our house. They finished the week-long project October 2014. The price was fair, the workmanship exceptional and the customer service from the staff always helpful and courteous. We had such a good experience with Normans Floorcovering that our neighbors used our referral to have their floors replaced as well. Normans Floorcovering is good company to work with.
