Cobalt Construction Company, LLC was formed with Managing Members, C. Mark Doolittle and Richard Ramponi. After many years of joint venture projects, they joined together to form Cobalt Construction Company, LLC in 1997. Cobalt is a registered corporation with the state of Missouri in good standing.
