Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the maintenance side of this business. The property management company I rent from contracted with Under Pressure to repair my garbage disposal. Not only did it take multiple attempts to reach anyone at the scheduling desk (they did not return my initial contacts via voice mail and email), they did not honor the service window they provided, arriving over 2 hours past said window. Finally, the repair turned into a replacement which was done incorrectly (a safety feature was not verified) and it took another week to have the service completed. Everyone I spoke to

I've used this company a couple of times now for a variety of smaller jobs to finished work (adding a bedroom). The quality & service have exceeded expectations each time. Dallas & his team show they care, it's obvious they know what they're doing and they take time to answer any & all questions. Payment is simple and they hit the targeted deadlines even though I have assured them I wasn't in a rush. They make the general process very simple. I'd highly recommend their services, big or small and I will continue to do so myself.

Stay away from this so called maintenance company. This was a terrible referral from my former property management company They charged me over $3500 worth of work to get my 3 bedroom house to make ready and half of the work wasn't even done , or the work was sub par . What a joke. The work they did was shoddy. They replaced a door to a bedroom that does not match the rest of the house, did not replace a screen to my security door, decided to replace the trim to my basement when that wasn't necessary, there are holes in my wall that did not get patched up etc. This company is a joke

Least productive initial consultation out of the 4 total for a large project. Showed up 20 minutes late and I had to call to find out why after waiting for 15 minutes. Sub came out for exterior assessment unannounced. Told the sub I was 90% sure I had already chose a contractor but would be interested in a bid anyways. He then assumed I was trying to side step Under Pressure which was not the case at all. They must have relayed the misunderstood message to the office manager and I got a attitude filled rejection of bid call without being asked about any context or my understanding of the situation

The remodel of my bathroom started in March and was just finished mid July. I paid on time every time I got a bill. The tile in the shower had to be redone twice. Dallas acted like he didn't trust me that the tile was done right until he brought another guy in to look. It was put up by one guy, then torn down and he redid it. Then another guy came in to look at what I had for complaints and they had to start all over AGAIN. A different group of men came in to do the sheet rock. The netting in the corners was showing, the mudding was awful. I sent a video again to Dallas. He sent the crew out to

I had done a few flips on my own but never a total renovation so I chose to hire a GC. Dallas and Under Pressure were timely in getting work completed as agreed. Their team did a great job with the renovation and delivered a finished product that wow'ed the resale market. Glad that I had his experience and expertise to lean on through this difficult project.

Dallas has been my go-to guy on my rehabs over the last two years. He has always been honest to me about what needs to be done and what works. Over the years, I have learned in a hard way that trust is a rear value to find in this business. If one of his guys make mistakes, he owns it and get it corrected timely. Dallas steered me away from getting in trouble couple of times as well. I really appreciate Dallas and his team to get things done even when I am not around.

We used this company initially before we listed our condo, and we liked working with them so much we hired them again to complete our post-inspection list! Communication was super convenient and quick, the work done was solid, and the price was reasonable... Especially for our super narrow window of time! We had multiple rooms painted as well as many small projects around the place completed. They also got us electrical work figured out. My only regret was that, like many selling their homes, we didn't do it all years earlier. Highly recommend this company for home projects!

Under Pressure remodeled my bathroom and did a fabulous job. I was having a hard time figuring out the design I wanted and Dallas came by and offered his expertise and wonderful planning ideas. I had several companies come out for an estimate and they provided no ideas on how to layout the room. With Dallas' help, I have a bathroom that I am proud of and an amazing shower that I enjoy every day.

I contracted Under Pressure for an office remodeling in my company and I was impressed not only with the results but the way Dallas handled all the considerations about the project all the way through.
