Greg Wozniak, the President of GlobEx Developments, Inc., graduated from the University of Notre Dame with the degree in Economics. After graduation, he worked for the consulting division of Arthur Andersen LLP, and then Kraft Foods and Barilla America, gaining management experience through key corporate roles in Finance, Sales and Brand Management/Marketing.

Truly exceptional craftsmanship and service! The Globex group has mastered new construction in the north suburbs. As a realtor, I see many new homes and work with many builders, the experience my clients have had with Globex is incomparable (and I can compare it to many excellent experiences). The homes are stunningly beautiful and the workmanship is A+++. The service provided, both pre- and post- closing is equally impressive. I heartily recommend Globex if you are considering a new construction home or major renovation.

We didn't want to have a house built from scratch, but we wanted new construction. After looking at about 40 homes, we feel very lucky that our realtor found us a home being built by GlobEx. We could see the exceptional quality that Greg Wozniak put into this home within minutes after entering. He used the highest quality materials. The doors, cabinets, floors, tile, countertops and general design are all outstanding. The attention to detail continually amazed us.
