Porsche Marin is my go too Porsche dealer!

I have a bad habit of turning my cars in less than a year - 2020 Macan, 2017 Sinister Black 911, today I took possession of a 2021 Sinister Black Macan; all in less than 24 months, all from Porsche Marin.

Three reasons I turn cars: my very, very understanding wife, Paul Dulberg (sales associate extraordinaire) and the staff at Porsche Marin. Three intricate pieces that keep me in a Porsche.

Extremely poor communication. 24 hours after dropping my car off, with an appointment I've heard nothing. I've called only
to hear we are just now looking at it. Communication goes a long way. Tell me you're running behind.

This dealership has been the best ever (comming from a previous bmw)... now I own a Panamera and I so love it. The customer service is above and beyond what I expected . Sal Has been nothing more than a blessing on taking care of my car. I feel like she's still brand new after a year. Anyways , I live in Hercules and drive here to mill valley because the Walnut Creek one is less than friendly. I was given a loaner while my car was serviced and not to mention the waiting area seemed like I was in Beverly Hills 100 % comfy and I felt like a barista at the coffee machine ,I just have fun and

I have to select 1 star in order to leave a review. But this place deserves 0 stars. Their negligence could have killed someone. Now they won't even hive me a loaner and hassled me about towing on their expense. I will be suing Porsche Marin for the cost I had to pay. No service recovery was done. SMH.

Purchased a 2019 Speedster for $350,000 in Oct.2021,but after almost 3 months they could not produce title or reg.so at that point we had to unwind the deal.I drove the car hard and it responded OK except for one time which was looked at.The car was delivered with a chip in the windshield but you know what they say BUYER BE WARE!!!!

An update. The problem was an electrical unit damaged by water from a clogged drain. This dealership intentionally didn't fix the drain so the problem would happen again. They did this on purpose.

I'd been looking for a late model Porsche Macan for months with the right color combo and equipment. I found the perfect Macan at Porsche of Marin's website, a low mileage 2017 Macan Turbo with a remarkable level of optional equipment. When I sent an email inquiry, it was answered almost immediately by their Sales Ambassador Mr. Price Jessup. He knew the vehicle both inside and out and even created a complete walkaround video on the vehicle to send me as their dealership is located over 400 miles from me. Scheduled an appointment with Hermine to test drive a used vehicle and had such a pleasant experience working with Hermine. After finishing my test drive, I decided to purchase the CPO vehicle and was delighted to work with this team. Super professional, high-quality service. Thank you for the lovely experience. Picked up some side markers for my Macan, asked if they could install them (5min) job. Was told "hate to say no.. but ...." Given some bs remark.. some premier dealer .. lol

Never have I had a good experience here: I'm a PCA local member figured I'd give them a shot regardless of the reviews. I wont be bringing the Macan or my 911 here for anything again. #porschemarinsucks.

I needed a fix by the 20th, i called weiss and told him i only have 2 days and i needed the car badly. He understood my concerns and reasons, worked quickly to get it done in one day, and the car was perfect.

When i needed someone there, Porsche Marin was there for me. My next purchase will be from them. ( I bought two already ). Weiss and his team are the best.

Took my car in for an appraisal on 9/20/21 and the selling price was close to what I was looking for (I did have a CarMax appraisal with me). In addition, I decided to order a 911 as my replacement. Everything went smooth until I stepped out of this dealership. The sales person (E) told me the check will be mailed to me within a week or two. I paid off my Porsche loan very early and was due a refund on my gap insurance. After several calls to the dealership I finally got through to the
sales manager. He told me to email him the info and they would mail me the check. I did, no check ever came. Then I called Porsche of North America. They put me on a conference call with the sales manager who said he never received my email. I verbally gave him my info yet again over the phone. Almost another month has passed and no check. Gary Wright was a pleasure to work with at Porsche Marin. He greeted me when I arrived, took care of all of my needs, and was friendly throughout the process. All of the folks I interacted with, including Hermine, made it a fun experience!

I had a very good experience with Porsche Marin both with car buying and with service. They were easy to work with during the purchase process and had a good range of options available. I ended up getting a one year old used and they were generous with adjustments and a few service items when I purchased it (getting an extra key, etc.) when I brought in for service it was easy and seamless. Overall, a very good experience!

All I can say Is WOW .My family and I have never been treated this badly . We drove here this morning from Sonoma after talking to a sales person yesterday about buying a vehicle . When we got there we were told that they would not honer the price that was given to us over the phone and were told that someone else would be coming in 15 min to look at the car too , so If we dont want It then oh well , so we left .
About a half hour after we left the general manager called me to apologize and told me that If we turned around and drove back they would honer the original price given .

Went in the showroom and try to take a look of the Macan after 5 min still no one willing to help us, so we go to the front desk and she is try to ask one of the salesman to help me but the salesman just don't want to help instead go to get some coffee for himself and by pass me. I will never come here again!

Final update for this nightmare with Indigo Porsche Marin.  First, I should note that this is the first 1-star review that I have ever written. I don't take that lightly. I have personally (for better or worse) read thousands of Yelp reviews and it's clear that everybody has their own standard for the 1-star rating. For me, 2 stars means Stay Away: it's "Apple-Maps-bad," or as bad as Comcast customer support (where they won't let you cancel service). 1-star means it looks like they're trying to start a mafia.  While I don't think General Manager Michael
