Tentinger is difficult to contact. They never respond to voice mails left for them. I finally got through and asked for a designer to plan some work. While the designer did arrive on the date/time scheduled, no further contact was received after 4 weeks. I made a follow-up call, and of course, only connected to voice mail. I left a message and once again received absolutely no feedback. This is a giant red flag as to what to expect from this company.

We used Tentinger Landscaping for over two years. During that time we spent over $20K in landscaping (not including the fees for weekly maintenance). The weekly maintenance crew was fine. However - many of the trees that were planted died within the first 2-3 years. Those that died within 2 years were replaced for free under warranty. Those that died after 2 years were no longer under warranty. I had to spend the same amount of money to replace them.
For example, one of the many projects we had Tentinger do was the installation of 6 Canadian Hemlocks. The cost was somewhere around $4500-$5000

Zack Tentinger and team are the epitome of integrity, helpfulness, experience, and execution in meeting our landscape needs and goals. These guys went above and beyond for us on late notice and my wife and I can't be more impressed and satisfied with their work and communication. Today a Tentinger crew came out for the first time to do lawn maintenance. I received a call yesterday with an estimate, which is nice, most companies just leave it in your mailbox. Then Zack Tentinger followed up with an email. I accepted the quote and they were here the next day! Great customer service! When I returned home from work, my yard looked fabulous. Thanks for the great job.

Zach and his guys are fantastic, they have done several big projects for us through the past few years and we have NEVER been disappointed! Zach always puts in a lot of time before they start their work to make certain that the final product is exactly what we had visioned! He is extremely conscious of our concerns and has great follow though and follow up!
