I just wanted to give 5 stars for Camron Sarmiento, SureGuard Tech who did our preventive inspection and treatment. This is first time that Carmen came to our home , and he showed great customer service and very professional approach to all our request , questions and concerns . We had technicians coming and visit us here , did inspection and leave. This time , Camron showed how real tech who is knowledgeable and care about clients need to do his job. Since we started using this business my house has had less and less roaches, spiders, and rats. The rats have completely disappeared. Besides every now and then that 1 will sneak in. But I absolutely love when Roger helps us because he is very professional and knows what he’s talking about.

Johnny Lopez was on time and personable. He didn't leave a mess nor cause a mess with his spraying. He sprayed the outside of the house more thoroughly than other techs from Sureguard have done in the past so hopefully the ants and spiders will stay away longer this time. Furthermore he did this without being asked to. Thanks Johnny!

We moved into a place that was infested with bed bugs. The guys who came out wouldn't make eye contact and barely would answer questions I would have to ask multiple times before getting an answer. People on the phone were no help and know nothing and even gave some horror stories about how they had to abandon their place because of bed bugs but couldn't answer questions and had no real knowledge on the subject. We asked th guys who came to treat our bags and they obviously didn't. Do not bother with this company.
