They were prompt, professional, and best of all, their price was very reasonable. I called other companies and they all tried to charge me an arm and a leg but this company had the lowest price.

I got a flue pipeline leak when raining day. I called H&C if they could send someone to take a look. He advised me that I should call the roofing company to take a look first. He does not want to come and charge the service as the problem comes from outside of the roof. I called the roofing company, they just simply caulked around flash cone and storm collar. Thank you H&C.

We called Hot & Cold one evening. They were able to come the same day. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and fun to talk to. The poor guy was working through our dogs' excessive barking. He was considerate and it didn't even seem like our dogs bothered him. He was able to fix our thermostat quickly and at an affordable price.

These guys are great! Based out of Plano but came out to Hurst to fix our AC. We needed an entire system but Daniel suggested that we could just replace the furnace now (November) and add the rest of the unit when the weather starts to warm up thus splitting up the expense. We didn't have heat so Daniel and his crew were here two days after out initial visit to install the furnace before the cold front arrived, even though he had a prior job at a business down the road. They did a great job and hung around to show us the new Nest system. No upscale, felt very comfortable with the entire transaction

Scott from Hot & Cold is the best honest ac repairman you can find out there. I bought 3 nest thermostat, install 2 without any issue and got stuck on the 3rd one. Spend about 45 mins with Google technician over the phone and he couldn't help. I went online and found Scott, this was around 8pm in the night. I called left a vm and he returned my call within 5 mins (I couldn't believe it) . He offered to come out same night to fix the problem and I declined and asked for next day. Appointment was set for 8:30am, and he was there on time. Fixed the problem and even spent time to explain

These guys are nothing less than the best. Scott (the owner) came in and gave us a full assessment, answered all of my husband's 9 million questions and fully educated us on what would benefit our home to have the best airflow. He didn't try to up sell us on extra nonsense or pressure us to do anything that we didn't ask for.
