We highly recommend Air Comfort Solutions! They put in a new HVAC system for a family member who was very pleased with their service, and they keep our old system going. AC not blowing. Phoned at 8AM and talked to Brian. Jeff, the tech, showed up as scheduled between noon and 2PM. Needed to replace attic portion of system. Install crew finished by 6PM same day, took about an hour. All's well. Great response. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough good things about this company! My husband called them on Friday and they came and checked out the issues we have been having for 8 years or so. Saturday morning they was at my house for a total of 3 hours and replaced our inside unit and outside unit and thermostat. My home is now nice and cold! They cleaned up all the mess that was made as well ( boxes and cardboard from parts)

I don't normally give reviews however I must say, Air Comfort Solutions delivered a home run today. Our air conditioner went out last night, made several calls to other companies and no one could service us until late next week :(. ACS took the call and told us they would arrive between 3-5 today. Jeff arrived right before 3PM and had us up and running immediately. Jeff was very proud of his company and confident in the service they provide and I can see why. Locking them in for future use! When it's high summer in north Dallas you know the worst can happen: your AC goes out! And no wonder, with temperatures in excess of 100ºF (40ºC) and humidity over 80%, you can see why AC systems struggle to make the indoors livable because the outdoors is a virtual hellscape. WHY DO I EVEN LIVE HERE?!?
My system went out after I had gone to bed, giving me just two hours of blissful, cool-air sleep before I threw off the covers to find the indoor thermostat said it was 80ºF (27ºC)—and rising. Yep, the inevitable happened: the AC went out.

We have used Air Comfort Solutions for years. They do a great job. Bryan and Jeff are both very professional, show up when they say they will, and are reasonably priced. Last summer they put in a new blower and are electric bills have decreased. This time they performed the spring maintenance and cleaned the outside unit. Very pleased with them and will use them for years to come!

Our 17 year old, gas run furnace, finally went out for the count - our house was freezing and we were miserable in the cold weather. We were quoted, by another contractor, over $6K for a new air conditioning unit as the only option to fix our a/c. We called Air Comfort Solutions for a second opinion and over the phone were told to try changing our filters first before spending any money. It worked! Our air conditioner never worked better and it only costs us $20 for two… filters. He didn't even try to come out and charge a service fee just to tell us it was a filter either. They are the most honest service company we have ever dealt with. Highly recommend. When we do have another issue requiring an in-person diagnosis

After a lot of ridiculous quotes from other HVAC companies, we called ACS and we were blown away by how honest and helpful they are. Our tech Jeff was great, and helped us get our problems taken care of at a very reasonable cost. Called to have my air unit inspected to make sure it was running correctly. ACS came out on time as requested They answered all of my questions and concerns. ACS was the company I used when my system was replaced in 2017. I checked with other companies back then, but ACS made me the best offer in replacing my unit. I have been a customer with them for over 4 years. They have handled all my issues with total honesty, professionalism and fair prices. I will be coming back to them when I have to upgrade both my units soon.
I called them at 6:30am on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend 2017, they were here by 11am, found the motor for a 15 year old AC unit and had it installed by 1pm in time for my family BBQ. Enough said! :)

After arriving when he said he would, Tim explained in terms we could easily understand exactly why our AC was not working. He ordered the needed parts and again was at the house when he said he would be to make the repair. Additionally, he reviewed all the steps and… timeline we need to take to keep our unit working optimally. Tim was our tech and he was professional and honest- I completely and immediately felt he was genuine and did NOT have a sales pitch- I very much appreciated that. He has followed up appropriately and even checked out an issue unrelated to the work his installers ( Robert and George- class acts!!) had performed. Tim was who I dealt with on this visit. Since I am a renter, the decision making on replacing this 15+ year old unit is not up to me. He was honest and upfront. I know this because I have owned multiple old homes and understand how often installations have been poorly done. This is one of them.

We are so pleased with the service we received from ACS. One of our AC units wasn't pushing cold air and Bryan quickly assessed the problem, then resolved it within an hour.
