Hired KC to do snow removal for my parents as a Christmas gift. The first big snow we had they didn't show up. By the time he finally responded to my messages most of the snow had melted so I told him to forget it. His excuse was that he forgot their address and his crews were taking care of their committed customers. I thought by me hiring him that made me a customer. The last snowfall I msg him to confirm they would be there. He said in 20 minutes. Problem is he shoveled my house not my parents. Absolutely terrible service! Beware of this company. I hired them to remove snow from my property. First major snow of the season they never showed up, despite repeated reassurance that they would be here. They then promised to be at my property the next morning. Never showed up then and never returned my phone calls and texts. Terrible customer service. If it were possible to give them less than 1 star rating I would. Very, very disappointing.

We hired KC Land Designs to landscape our property after purchasing a new home in September 2014. We have never regretted any decision more in our lives. First, let me acknowledge the one thing this company does well, and that is land design. We had a vision in our minds of how we wanted the yard to look and they were able to create a design that elevated that vision to the next level.
