Great old skool locksmith. He cut 12 keys. All 12 work. My big box store experience with key cutting is not nearly that accurate.

They have every key known to man. I had an old lock 35+ yrs old that had an odd shaped end to it....found the key and the copy works. Can't say that about the other copy I had made elsewhere. The while staff is nice and tries to help.eaxh customer.

I'm sure these people are very talented. However, I had a safe jam so I sent them a picture of a simple sentry safe. They quoted me $255 to open it, which seems way too expensive. I called the manufacturer and they said it's very easy to open with a crow bar. Disheartening because we thought a safe would be a little more safe, but nevertheless, I have no doubt that Grey Ent Inc was aware of how simple it was to open, and instead of saying "hey did you try this?" They attempted to price gouge us for a simple service.
