Jim was very professional and a huge help as he navigated me through the process of installing all new flooring in my townhouse. I particularly enjoyed his advice on popular styles and products for rental properties. When it was time for the install, the installation team was very communicative and even foresaw a potential water damage issue with a toilet in my ground floor, fixing it free of charge.

We just purchased a home and wanted replace the flooring and carpet throughout. Jim and Lisa were available immediately to bring various samples to our home and measure and provide an estimate. Later, Jim called with an updated estimate that was even less! Within two weeks of that day, their team came out and completed an LVP install and new carpet throughout our home. We were very happy with the speed of service, the communication throughout, and the price that they were able to offer.

There are no words to describe the amazing work that Jim and his team did for our office in Raleigh, NC. I was struggling to find a carpet installer for weeks and then I found Kings Floors. Jim, who is the owner, reached out to me immediately after submitting a quote request. Within days we were able to select the carpet and install it in our office. We wanted to have our oak wood floors refinished in a darker color and Kingdom Floors did a fantastic job. The quote was straightforward and reasonable and the project manager openly answered all of our questions before we scheduled the work. Once we were ready, they started the work on-time and stuck to the agreed-upon schedule. We are very happy with the results and were pleased with their professionalism and knowledge in their craft and definitely recommend them if you want to get any flooring work done in your house.
