Called them when our old ac quit cooling. They came out within 1 hour fixed the problem. Our ac was 16 years old., so we bought a new system. They installed it the day. I will recommend this company highly. Salvador was very helpful and courteous.

I picked them because of the reviews. Okay. Did he show up? Yes. Did he fix the problem? Yes. Did he charge me $200 for a capacitor. Heck, yes. I normally install my own capacitors and I know they cost about $20-30 for a quality capacitor. He also attempted to charge the entire service charge of $79 until I questioned it. I got busy with work which is why I had to call a tech. But you guys need to stop lying on your reviews, there is nothing honest about charging me over $150 bucks over the retail price for a capacitor.

All five star reviews of this place are correct. I found this place on FB. I gave them a call and they came out and gave me a free quote. The price was so great I went with them. These guys are very punctual. I scheduled a time for a Saturday between 8 and 10. I woke up at around 830 and saw part of the crew already waiting. Then the Nova Air van came around 9am. After about 30 minutes of setting up they began work at 930. Salvador said the job should take around 5 hours. They were done in 4. That includes clean up. These guys are great. After a rocky start (appointment scheduled for Monday between 2-4 pm, rescheduled to be there by 6pm & then got a call that traffic was bad, so I requested a reschedule).
Rescheduled for Tuesday 8-10 am...arrived shortly before 9
Hector & his partner came in & completed the work. Hector was very competent & professional. He took the time to discuss my concerns & put my mind at ease.
His partner (Javier??) dealt with the exterior of the house & continually tried to "up sell"...tried to sell me new air filters, as well as, get me to "drum up" business

We turned on our A/C for the first time after winter, and noticed that a very bad smell was coming from the vents. I found Nova Air through Yelp, and gave them a call. They were able to send someone over the very next morning, and they identified lots of different issues with our system, and took the time to explain the causes of the smell, and things we could do to avoid it in the future. Called Nova Air and scheduled with Salvador who was able to get me in the next day. Hector showed up and went through the system, identifying a few things that could be done to improve my system, as well as explaining a few different things about the system. Salvador was great. On this below freezing temperature day I didn’t expect anyone to be able to come out right away. But I called him in the morning he was at our house in the afternoon and had our system back up and running in a couple of hours. I was so grateful, and very reasonably priced. Received a install inside and out yesterday. They were on time and completed everything in a timely manner. They explained everything that was completed and answered any questions I had before leaving. Very professional and cleaned up after work was completed. Pricing was very reasonable. Our AC hadn't turned on in 2 days, thankfully there was cooler weather so we weren't in a huge hurry to address the issue. Salvador, however, responded to my inquiry within 15 minutes and was able to come to our home the very next day.
He text 25 minutes prior to arriving and arrived wearing a mask and booties which was appreciated! He was very courteous and professional. He explained the issue and gave us a quote, once we agreed he was finished within an hour of arriving.

Nova was very good. I placed a request (quote) on Yelp and Nova was the 1st to respond, so they got my business.
The problem was my heat was not working. Although it was in the 60's, I knew that cold weather was around the corner.
They came a few hours after my request, on a Saturday, and discovered that my blower fan was shot on my old unit. They could not find the part that day, but arrived around 8:00am on Monday morning and had it fixed within an hour.
