The staff is very helpful assisting even those doing their own DIY job. Quality material and assist with all questions. Center is very busy. I was assisted by Carolina during my own DIY project and she has been assisting me all the way through. Excellent knowledge of the product and requirements to complete the job the right way. Stay away !!! They send wrong material and never return, customer service is the worst you would ever deal with.
I chose a stone for the fireplace, they never stock on any of the good Colors by the way. so, I had to wait two weeks to get it, they sent a totally different shade and when you ask they say it’s a natural stone it varies. While what I got is the exact color of another stone in their show room that I didn’t want to choose, after all of that waste of time instead of apologizing and at least pick up and refund they say we can’t do anything and hang up on you...!!!

Absolutely terrible, dishonest company. Will be reported to the Better Business bureau. Paid for 4.5 yards of concrete, received only 3 yards. Driver ran out of gas, stopped working, broke my fence, had to be towed . backyard is an absolute disaster. Driver showed up 1 hour late. Charged for an extension chute without my consent or knowledge. they Don't tell you that the trucks only have an hour to dump concrete, then they charge you 10.00 for every 5 minutes. Water pressure was low on truck which delays work time, so you're gonna get charged. That's their scam. They'll tell

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE SEEN IN MY LIFE!!!! Would never purchase anything else from this place. The manager is a lady with the rudest attitude, not business or customer oriented at all!!! They gave me the wrong color sand, actually more expensive then the one I had paid for, I drove 45 minutes to return it and I also wanted to purchase more bags of the right color. Disregarding the fact that the mistake was THEIRS, they did not even considered exchanging the brand new incorrect color sand they had given me, claiming it was their policy, no exchange or returns. My family spent over $3,000

If you're delivering or loading at central supply be aware it is very tight in their yard, if you're in a tractor trailer. If you're there before they open be aware there is no place to park out side their yard on central Ave. The only option is to sit in the road with your hazards on. I would reccomend avoiding the hours of 6:30-8:00am as it was very busy. There was about 5 or 6 other tractor trailers there when I arrived at 6:30 and to be quite honest it was a mess with how small the place is.
