Mr Hal and his son Nate came to work on a couple of issues on a new home I just purchased. I had questions on water softener unit, never used one, and Nate walked me through how everything works. They handled the jobs and were very professional. Highly recommend.

Price Gouging. While the technical did replace my garbage disposal without any issue I was really disappointed in the cost and customer service. I had a simple swap, quoted $165 over the phone. No extra pipping required, area was clear under sink, new garbage disposal was more or less exactly the same as old. Took less than an hour to swap.
Tech charged me an additional $10 because he had to unscrew the piece that holds the disposal unit to the sink and attach the new one. Very surprised considering how easy of a job was, so charged $175 for less than an hours worth of work. Then when tech was
