I called some other places before I called Sunshine. That was my first mistake. Bigger names...Lots of different prices, all over the board. Some couldn't even schedule for a quote for a few days. One company wanted to straight up rip me off.(more on this in a minute)

He showed up within an hour, probably not typical, but I thought I should mention it.He was at my rental property for 5 minutes before he called me and said a sensor needed adjustment and the red pull rope had been pulled and disconnected the door from the motor. (Remember that "other" company I mentioned

Our spring on our door broke at 8:30 tonight. Called Sunshine Garage Door and Tim was out here by 9:00 pm to fix it. I cannot express enough how prompt and professional he was. He’s the very best guy for the job. Very pleased!!! Guaranteed we can make it to work tomorrow by not having to wait for a repairman and a four hour repair window tomorrow. So grateful!!

The old garage door opener and new garage door opener were exchanged and installed within 30 minutes. No mess was left behind, and I was given a thorough explanation how everything works. I don't deal with garage door companies often, but I would highly recommend this family owned and operated company!
