Had a pump out February 25, 2021 which seemed great, two days later system backed up into the house. Backup probably not related to pump out but called main number for counsel or if any problems were apparent with my system and guess they thought I was blaming them for backup. Refused to acknowledge they did the pump out, said “must have been some other company”. Very odd and unfortunate not the customer service I expected. Will move on.
Had a positive follow-up call from the owner and every effort was made to clarify the situation and support my inquires. Consider the issue resolved and closed

My toilets were backing up and the tubs were taking on water. I thought my septic line was clogged. I called these guys and they said no sir your tanks are full. They asked if I had standing water in the yard. I told them no. They said your system hast failed so that's good. They told me they would be there between 8:00 and 8:30. The man was there at 8:15. While i was there with him he told me what to use to treat my tank which was not rid ex. He also enlightened me that the soap I was using might have killed my tank. He also washed down the sides of my take to get everything out. This company

Highest price to pump septic around me. But that's not the main problem...asked for a inspection on my septic system and the guy lied to me and said he checked the outlet pipe when he did not, and I was watching him the entire time...You literally cannot see it without some type of mirror system/lights. Then...the guy dropped my cover into the septic and tried to leave without getting it. Then when asked said he didn't have a tool to get it... (wasn't even going to tell me he dropped it).
