Blake Co Roofing was founded in 2019 by Tim Blake. Tim developed a love and skill for roofing at a young age, as his first job was a roofing apprentice. Hundreds of roofs later, he went on to become a true licensed master roofer out of the state of Pennsylvania, contracting in the state of Texas, and licensed in the state of Florida.
We inspect the general age of your roof, condition of the shingles, pipe jacks, flashing, chimney cap, gutters (if present), and inspect for soft decking. Includes a full inspection write up. We replace damaged shingles/tiles, ridge & pipe jacks, coat all rubber with urethane, bang pop nails, paint all roof accessories with high temperature roof paint, blow off roof, and clean out gutters.

I googled for a small flat roof over. Won't do that again! Tim repaired what was necessary and when I asked him to do the entire roof, he just kept saying "Don't need it." The roof is 30 years old and this old gal may not be a roof expert, but 30 years is most definitely past due. He only did the edges and quit. At first, the work looked beautiful, but after a few days tar began to ooze from under the shingle and is dripping into my gutter. He had the audacity to hint I had dementia and I was a headache and he did not wish to do anymore work for me. the rolled asphalt is also rising which can cause

We called Blake Co Roofing for my mother’s rental property. They were prompt and came out quickly. The lady in the office was very polite and informative. She handled all the paperwork and invoicing during our whole experience. The crew were very knowledgeable and courteous. They also cleaned up and left the yard and roof in pristine condition. I used Blake Co to repair a section of my roof, as well as pressure wash the entire roof. I can't say enough good things about the experience. Everyone was super responsive and the job was done in professionally. I am amazed with the difference the wash made.
In the past, I have used a company that was 1/3 the price, but I was left with a roof that still looked grey and dirty. I figured it was just the age of the roof. Boy was I wrong. This looks like brand new!
I recommend without hesitation!

Blake Co Roofing did an excellent job on my roof maintenance. Tim was very professional and knowledgeable. They came out quickly to assess my leak and gave a very reasonable price. Aerial was very polite and informative of the whole process. All in all a great experience from start to finish. Will definitely recommend to follow neighbors and homeowners.
