Southern Pro Restoration replaced my roof in March 2021. Their estimate was competitive and more reasonable than some other companies who came to our door and just wanted to gouge our insurance. Our sales rep was Derek Bailey and he was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. The roof was replaced on time, as promised, and on budget, except for the additional damaged decking wood that we needed, which could not be seen until tear off. Southern Pro and Derek still respond to questions if we have any. They have the highest level of GAF certification and offer extended warranties

Having previously lived in Texas, I have had my fair share of roof repair/replacement experiences (at least 5 times). I can say, with certainty, Southern Pro is THE MOST PROFESSIONAL and ETHICAL company with whom I have worked. We would highly recommend Southern Pro Restoration! They did a good quality job! We did thorough research on product and they used the best supplies as well! They were honest, punctual, and up front about everything. Their entire crew was awesome! They literally worked from sun up to down three days straight! They did a nice cleanup. We didn’t find a single nail afterwards. Highly highly highly recommended!

Southern Pro Restoration did our brand new roof last month. From our first contact with the company, selecting the shingle color, and working with Scott who co-ordinated his team with the builders, they installed an amazing roof. The house isn’t even completed and everyone complements us on our roof! It's a perfect, water-tight, smooth roof and their team installed it in just over a day. They cleaned up the site when they completed the job, making sure there were nails or debris left over. I have told them there are soft spots on my roof had inspected and there is rot in the overhang , In which I showed their forman and he said that is cosmetic . The wood is rotted that they left on my home so that this can bring termites. The soft spots he admitted was there and tried telling me that there is a difference in the thickness of plywood… either it is soft or not. Southern pro has made no attempt to rectify anything. As well as in my bathroom when they installed the skylight left a large gap with the sheetrock telling me that they dont have to fix that even tho they put it there

Our experience with Southern Pro Restoration was outstanding. The GAF HD Dimensional Shingle they install is great! The shingle can withstand hurricane wind forces and has a super guarantee. Their work crews are very hard workers and clean up impeccably after the job is done. Not to mention their excellent customer service; from , their sales manager and , roofing specialist!
