We called Sergio's Pool Service and asked if they would come quote us on some minor repairs to our Anthony Sylvan pool. Every other pool company we called (including Anthony and Sylvan) said they wouldn't even come out because they don't do minor repairs. Sergio's came out promptly and they were very professional. Upon us approving the quote, the repair took place quickly and they did an amazing job fixing a rebar issue, tile and coping. We will definitely call them in the future for our pool needs.

We used Sergio's for our new Diamond Brite finish for a pool at a house we just bought in Williamstown, NJ. We decided on Super Blue. It looks great. We had another quote from a company that said they had to cover our beautiful old tiles on the steps with the new plaster. Sergio's carefully cut around all the tile work without damaging one tile. The finished job looks great! Sergio, the office and all the workers were very professional and easy to communicate with. The truck and equipment that came to do the job were new and clean. I would use Sergio's for my next project.

The workers were very nice, did a wonderful job resurfacing my pool. The price was very attractive compared to their competition. The work was done on schedule and finished by the promised time. I would recommend Sergio Pools to my friends and family. They even gave me water company names and phone numbers to fill up the pool as well. Overall my wife and I are completely satisfied !!!

I had Sergio's Pools replaster my pool and spa in May/June of 2018. They also replaced my tile border and re-set my bluestone coping.
All of the people in the office, and especially the guys who came out to work on my project, were professional and friendly.
We had to work around weather delays which is always a pain, but they did a good job of rescheduling work to get the job done.
I would only say that there were a couple of times where more proactive communication would've been appreciated, but overall they did a great job and I would use them again.

We contracted with a company called Sergio Pools to have pool plaster work performed. Everything looked good in the beginning but soon thereafter, the pool finish started to look worn and faded. I contacted our local pool company who recommended Sergio Pools to us and 2 years later we have no resolution and the pool looks worse to the point I'm embarrassed by it.
It seems like Sergio Pools is trying to blame anything but themselves and I just don't know where to turn. I paid to get my pool plastered in Diamond Brite finish and it looks terrible. I don't know whose fault it is but
