This is a wonderful little company! My AC went out but I didn't realize till about 8 PM. I was referred to Ken by a friend and he was super apologetic that he couldn't make it out immediately (remember this was late at night). He talked me through possible solutions via the phone all free of charge! When none of that fixed the AC problem, he showed up first thing in the morning and had my air running again within an hour! I believe the issue had been something to do with the compressor battery. He even pulled a disgusting dead snake out of my unit 😨! I cannot say enough about his amazing service

Both commercial and residential review! I have used Ken Wentz at my place of business for over 15 years! He has actually told me not to purchase something when other A/C companies told me I needed to replace it! Who does that anymore? He is straight forward and honest and won't waste your time or money!
I've also used him at my home! Love him! He is a good family man who has integrity and is honest and a very hard worker! I have referred many people to him over the years and they ALL were 100 percent satisfied!

Ken with Clearwater air conditioning is very kind knowledgeable reliable and trustworthy. He came when he said he was going to and He saved me so much money after I was told by a different air conditioning company that I would need to replace my entire unit. Turns out the other guy was a scam artist and all I needed was a new compasseter. My air conditioner is getting up there in age so I know that when it's time to replace it, my business will be going to Ken. Thank you Ken
