I contracted Hales AC to install my new HVAC system in my new home build. The entire team, including sales and installation techs have been very knowledgeable and professional. Technicians Spencer, Jason, Mike D, and Mike W performed a complete system replacement and were very punctual, careful, respectful, and professional! They were all very knowledgeable and gladly addressed any concerns I had throughout the process. George was great to work with throughout the process, too. Also very knowledgable and gave us great advice. Would definitely use Hale's again!

Beware of positive reviews as they use a net reputation service to remove negative reviews. We had them service our Lennox unit which quit working less than two years after install. Charged us a trip charge and labor even though they knew there was a transferable service contract that would cover labor and quoted us a total of $1,100 as if said service contract never existed even though they sold the transferable contract at install. Beyond that, once the service was completed they either misdiagnosed or overcharged the unit as part of the repair, so needless to say they left us with a unit that

Hales did a great job repairing my job and getting the permit approved after another company left it a train wreck and abandoned it. they replaced an outside metal duct cover and leveled my package unit and replaced and repaired some inside duct work. After a unforeseen problem arose later they came back and fix it without additional charges. Finally after a year we have cold air in the house like never before. Hat tip to Harold, Jason, Spencer and George for their professionalism and good work. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Wow, just wow! Scott and the entire team at Hale's Air Conditioning was so professional and just all around top-notch. We could not have asked for better service and quality. They were on-time, neat and clean and went above and beyond in getting our old dinosaur unit removed and our great new 2-stage unit installed, that will save us on electricity. They made sure to resolve issues we had with the previous vents and intakes, helping our house cool so much more evenly . They patiently answered every single question (and I had a bunch). We had a 2-stage Daikin installed last month, and are very satisfied with the service and quality Hale’s provided. Our technicians Mike and James showed up on time, were friendly and professional! Even when he had to run additional wires in the attic to accommodate the new thermostat he had a positive attitude and very competent.
