Hired contactor after hurricane to fix leak in deck he never put flashing and poured concrete so no way to fix it. Will not refund money will not fix the job . Also had tar all over my new kitchen have more leaks now. New doors only 3 screws so not hurricane rated. To redo all of his mistakes will cost thousands.
