I have been a licensed Landscape & Masonry Contractor since 2003. I first decided to bring this phase of construction in house to control the quality and scheduling of our projects. These are the phases of any project where the fit and finish will make the greatest impact, and it is our goal to deliver the highest quality product in the industry to our clients.
Building is a tradition in my family that extends back to my Grandfather who was a carpenter. My Father was a General Contractor until his recent retirement, and other parts of my family have building roots that extend four generations. I began working in the construction industry when I was teenager and it is truly in my blood.
Navigating the waters of commercial construction requires a contractor with experience. Engineers, Government Agencies, Inspectors, Site Coordination and the Construction all need to be meticulously managed. Big Daddy Swimming Pools & Spas has the experience to provide pools, spas and monument water features for hotel, apartment and business center atmospheres.
Big Daddy Construction was a great experience for us from start to finish. We met with them in person on several occasions to finalize the design of our pool. They sent several updates to us through the internet and made all the changes we requested. Our pool was installed in late summer 2014. We were told up front that it would take anywhere from 3-4 months from start to completion.
Excavation is where the elevation of your pool is determined and is one of the most critical stages of your project. Our excavation specifications include vertically excavated walls and flat floors, which create a safer, more enjoyable and spacious swimming pool. Our plumbers follow a detailed plan for the location of every feature, pool return and drain.
