I'm very happy with my experience with Miller's. Everyyone I have talked to has been very pleasant, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. From talking with the owner after business hours to pestering Holly with a bunch of questions, they were just great to work with. They were able to get a new furnace installed very quickly and for a fair price. I would HIGHLY recommend Miller's to anyone looking for HVAC needs. Thanks again Miller's!

Based on reviews, I decided to use Miller for my HVAC check ups. First came the A/C check-up last spring. Everything seemed fine until he left and I noticed he left my garden hose unrolled from my back yard to the side where the unit was, and the water still running. I wasn't too annoyed, just thought he forgot.
Decided to sign up for one of their maintenance contracts. Called them to come back out in the fall for the furnace and humidifier check. Also asked them to install a new thermostat (an Ecobee they advertise on the website). I get a call less than 30 minutes before he is supposed to show

I recently bought an Ecobee 3 Lite during Black Friday sales and we tried installing it ourselves. Unfortunately nothing was labeled on our furnace so we were unable to do it ourselves. We tried hiring a handyman but unfortunately he was unfamiliar with our furnace as well. I work close to Miller’s Heating and decided to reach out to them. What I love about that process was that it was all through email. I am usually busy most of the day and setting time aside for a phone call can be difficult so I loved that email was an option. Other companies I looked up did not give email as an option for

While I originally gave Miller's a 5-star rating because of the yearly furnace tune-up they provided, I just had them come back out because our pilot light went out on one of the furnaces. The same technician (Josh) who worked on our system last time was the one who came out this time. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the problem. And, because we had a maintenance contract with Miller's, the service call and repair was covered. Not saying that will happen for everything (the part that was out was minimal), but I was thankful to have the maintenance contract.

Miller's installed a new condensing boiler within our price range and everything was timely, professional, and easy!
