This company Express is terrible the guy that came out to my house mess my refrigerator up then I call Express back to tell them, they tell me to give him another chance so I tried to go to express address and when I Googled it it took me to a neighborhood, I have been trying to reach them for a day and a half and no one is answering after this guy has my money.

Needed a capacitor, called at 7:20pm on a Thursday, guy answers, says we don't carry the part and hangs up without a response. Not sure if the guy was busy, but it was certainly rude, and if I owned this business, I'd be pissed if my employee didn't try to see what was going on. Even if you don't sell parts, you sell something. I assume a service, which I'd expect my employees to try and sell. It was a 10 second interaction that left me with a bad taste in how this company conducts business.
