Their services are affordable and top-notch! I was very thankful for their assistance when I asked them to fix our washer. Water was intermittently leaking underneath the appliance and it was really bothersome. Their service staff inspected it and fixed it within the day. I was so happy with their work!

If you think you're calling a Mom & Pop business in Deer Park like I was you're totally wrong. This is T&W Services in Houston... I felt like I was scammed. Had a service call time slot for between 1 & 4, the technician showed up at 6:30. Only 2 1/2 hours late. Never turned a screw on the freezer and charged me $85.00 for really nothing. I knew the charge up front but thought the cat would at least test something. Should have known better.
