Tech was very lazy and just didn’t seem to care. He said the washer was not drying the clothes properly or spinning right because the hose needed to be long stretched which is not not true as the hose is not in a bind, and didn’t event bother to move it the way it allegedly needed to be. This was the second appointment. The first appointment was 2 weeks prior from 12-6. Well they call me the same day of booking to let me know the morning appointment had cancelled and they could look at mine earlier. Since I had the morning off till noon I wasn’t home and told them that and I lost my appointment

**Update: The manager called back and apologized for the inconvenience of the cancelled scheduled appointment which I appreciated. The technicians repaired our fridge in less than 20 minutes and as of today 12/1/21 our fridge is still working since the repair. I wish they had better communication with their customers and more workers to be scheduled for service sooner. Aside from the issues mentioned below, the work/repair to fridge has been a success thus far

Whirlpool referred me to this company (asi appliance) last week to inspect or repair a brand new refrigerator that isn't making ice.
Today was my appointment and they didn't appear. I left a message at 8:30 this morning to ensure the were coming
They never called me back. I called them back at 3:02pm stating my appointment end time is 4 pm. The first chick and I do mean this hung up on me. The 2nd female had kids screaming in the background but did listen to my issue.
Now I'm rescheduled for the 23rd Nov.

Should’ve looked at the reviews before working with them but of course this is who Geek Squad warranty booked it with for our Whirlpool fridge.

My first appointment started September 17, 2021. When the technician arrived he pulled up the wrong paperwork for my washing machine. He stated to me that my machine was too complicated. I just bought this thousand dollar washing machine from Home Depot July 20, 2021. The technician said a part needed to be ordered here we are today October 21, 2021 and I still have no washing machine. This machine is my 91 year old mothers. These people told her to go to a Washateria. She is 91 come on people get my part please

I'm a property manager and ASI warranty's 170 newly constructed units. We currently have 50+ pending service requests (many over 90 days old) that have been completely ignored by ASI. We've had workers show up multiple times and say they don't have parts. Why show up without any parts??? They've only fixed 4 issues since we opened January of 2021. What a joke!

Add me to the list of people ASI has delivered poor service with. In short, their communication is poor, can't trust dates they give you, and you the customer will be expected to work on their terms and their scheduling person will not attempt to be nice or accommodating. Was scheduled to have a part replaced, reworked our schedule around ensuring someone could be home that day, only to get a call that morning the technician had an emergency, but they'd come out the next day. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
I invited these folks to repair my single Whirlpool oven in the middle of May with shaking hands (based on their reviews), and only because they were only one in our area who was recommended by Whirlpool. After first visit they charged more than twice as much as different companies. OK. To fix it we need parts. 4 months later, after numerous phone calls, and promises that parts will arrive then, and then, talked to supervisor Julie, and discovered that: 1. They are not represent Whirlpool (they certified by Whirlpool (!!!???). 2. They order their parts from third party

Took 2 weeks to get an appointment then 2 months for parts to come in (not their fault whirlpool backorder issue) once the part came in (I had to contact and update to get the part they did nothing to help there) took a week in a half to get an install appointment. Finally installed and stated it was an electrical issue had an electrician come out to verify no issues and now I have to wait another week to get a tech out to look at the oven again. Going on 3 months now and not a working oven in a new home....

Lack of compassion for customers, no concern. Our KitchenAid/Whirlpool refrigerator went out 4 months ago and they still have not fixed it. They send a tech out who looks at the fridge for 5 minutes, scratches his head and replaces one part at a time. After they make a repair, you have 24 hours to see if it works... they have been out 4 times to my house to troubleshoot. Every time they order a new part, it's inevitably on back order, it comes in and it doesn't solve the problem... rinse and repeat. 6 month old Whirlpool dryer not drying. Whirlpool contracts with this company for repairs. Two week wait for an appt. I am instructed that I will have to be at home from 8 am until late afternoon, so my husband and I make arrangements to do so. The day before, I receive a voicemail confirming appt and a request to call if a cancellation is needed. I do not need to cancel, have been waiting patiently. Day of appt, tech no shows. They lied about my refrigerator to Whirlpool to void warranty..DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR ALLOW WHIRLPOOL TO SEND THEM THEIR ARE OTHERS. The other company fixed the problem in minutes brought thr relay switch which I already knew was the problem ..took their own fotos to prove the lites they told to whirlpool.
Do not allow a tech Derrick inside your home ..hes rude ..doesn't do his job, and makes excuses to why he doesn't have to.
I demand from this company DAWN AND VANESSA also to whirlpool NOT TO SEND HIM BACK THEY DID ANYWAY.
AS I SAID HE LIED ...DIDNT FIX THE PROBLEM, HOWEVER ANOTHER COMPANY

They are the "authorized" warranty service provider for Kitchen Aid/Whirlpool. So I had no choice. I ordered a warranty part from them which is still on back order after 6 weeks. There is no urgency, or care, to find out why. Even though the part is in stock at Whirlpool. I had to investigate this through many phone calls to their distributor and Whirlpool.
Their distributor is willing to help but needs ASI PO#. ASI will not divulge that PO#. Why???
Their communication is to make excuses without concern for the end user, ME.

I would never ever recommend anyone using ASI appliance - they are unreliable and irresponsible and lack accountability. Our washer has recently had issues draining so we hired ASI after seeing they were Whirpool certified. Our technician named Kayla was sent in and from the start she did not inspire confidence. We still decided to see how things would go but Kayla upon looking at the issue states another part and another visit is needed and how there is an issue with draining. We have to go another two weeks without a washer as Kayla needs to get a part. She comes in now to look over the machine

A piece broke off of the upper rack of my KitchenAid dishwasher that is less than 5 years old. I read the warranty thoroughly, and determined that racks were one of the items covered under the 5-year warranty. They sent a technician to my apartment today to repair a Maytag washing machine that was under warranty. The guy was a true professional. I had recorded some video of the washer misbehaving and he knew instantly what was wrong, and had the part on his truck. Twenty minutes later everything was all buttoned up and working at 100% again. I can't tell you how much it means to me to me to have someone who is actually competent - this is something that is unfortunately becoming more and more rare in our country. Thanks ASI for relieving me of the anxiety, and please consider a raise for this gentleman
